Alpine Mountain Resort
To get more terrain opened earlier, and for a longer period of time, Alpine’s snowmaking equipment has been upgraded with brand new fan guns. When the skis come off, visitors can store them the new locker rooms at the expanded Yuengling Bar and Grill, which features a new outdoor deck and new menu items.

Camelback Mountain
The big mountain is going big on amenities that cater to beginning skiers. Besides enhancing the learn-to-ski programs for all ages, Camelback has completed construction on Camelback Lodge, a $163M ski-in/ski-out hotel attached to the largest indoor waterpark in the Northeast! More than 450 suites, 7 pools, 13 water slides, along with many bars and restaurants welcome visitors to the Aquatopia oasis. Camelback is already home to the nation’s largest snow tubing park, which features 42 chutes and two magic carpets.

Blue Mountain
Fans are anticipating the 40th anniversary celebration with the opening of their 40th trail. And there will be more snow to swoosh on those trails, thanks to 50 new automated guns added to its arsenal. The learn-to-ski program has been tweaked where young skiers and riders will begin their lessons in the ski shops with their instructors rather than on the hill. Designed for first-timers, these programs will teach everything about skiing — even selecting and putting on gear.

Jack Frost Mountain/Big Boulder
Jack Frost turns up the snowmaking party with more hi-tech fan guns. In anticipation of more snow, skiers will find an expanded stock of new high performance gear in the rental shop. After parties can be had at the new full service restaurant featuring a variety of menu items and live music. Nearby Big Boulder joins in on the snowmaking with new vamped-up  fan guns. Tubers there can get more laps with their own new magic carpet lift, and after a day on the slopes, guests can relax in the revamped lodges at Big Boulder.

Seven Springs Mountain Resort
A trip to Seven Springs will be worth the time, as it is among the first resorts in Pennsylvania to allow uphill access on their mountain, which means that skiers can trek up and over before sliding down the hill on their equipment. And there’ll be more snow for visitors to trek on with five new impulse tower guns and four brand new Piston Bully snowcats for grooming. Afterwards, visitors will enjoy dining at the Foggy Brews eatery, open all week.

Shawnee Mountain
Two new Super PoleCat automated snow machines will cover the most popular black diamond slope “Lower Tomahawk”, along with a new groomer to detail the trails. Shawnee Mountain has also added 300 new Elan skis and 300 new Flow and Rossignol Snowboards to its rental shop inventory, making it one of the largest ski rental operations in the country.

Whitetail Mountain
New Techno Alpine snow guns will cover the “Exhibition” and “Drop-In” trails, along with new HDK green-energy snow guns along the “Snow Park” trail. Also the inventory of top brand skis and snowboards in the rental shop has been increased for the learn-to-ski programs, as well as for the season rentals.
