Seven Springs Mountain Resort is the ideal location for a great family vacation, it offers so much more than just great skiing and snowboarding, it’s a winter paradise replete with activities and diversions.
Largest Resort in Pennsylvania
This resort is conveniently located near large cities, but far enough that it feels like a true escape. As the state’s largest ski aream Seven Springs offers its many guests well-appointed lodging and amenities, ample terrain and big lift capacity. As one of the most beloved ski resorts in the East, it is a wildly popular winter destination for many people each year. It offers 32 slopes (25 percent beginner, 40 percent intermediate, 35 percent advanced) that cover a 750-foot vertical, which is largely continuous on three trails in the North Face area, and spread over more than 285 acres. There are more than a dozen lifts that whisk visitors up the mountain throughout the winter. Nearly all the terrain is lighted at night and the resort offers night skiing and snowboarding seven nights a week. Additionally, a massive and modern snowmaking system cranks out enormous amounts of snow each season, fortunately the region gets a lot of natural snow, however, it’s always best to have the snowmakers on hand when conditions are suboptimal.
Seven Springs is extremely snowboard friendly and since 2004, they has been unwaveringly committed to developing and growing their terrain parks, halfpipes and superpipe. Currently, Seven Springs has five terrain parks with more than 50 features, both natural and manmade. As a result the resort has received several accolades, including the top five parks and pipes on the East Coast.
