I-80 offers the best route from the East or West; I-81 from the North, and I-476, I-81 or Route 33 from the South. The closest airport is the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport in Avoca, PA. Lehigh Valley International (ABE) is a bit farther away but offers a wider range of destinations. The major hubs are at Newark, Laguardia, and Philadelphia a couple of hours away by car. Bus and private ground transportation services are available to the Poconos area.
